Played on a court divided by a low net, players use only their feet, head, and chest to control, set and hit the ball over the net into the opposition territory, aiming to score points by forcing their opponent into an unreturnable play. It’s a game of precision, athleticism, and teamwork that’s easy to learn, challenging to master but importantly, LOADS OF FUN!
