In the digital era, hatred campaigns have no territorial boundaries. From one corner in southern Asia or Central Africa, one can collectively harm individuals and groups located in Chesterfield. Hatred Monitoring Centre (HMC) is a UK-based Charitable Incorporated Organization (CIO) that aims to advance education and raise awareness about racial and religious prejudice affecting minority ethnic and linguistic groups from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the African Great Lakes region, United Kingdom and beyond. The charity was registered in February 2025, and we are now working to kickstart this ambitious initiative.

Whenever needed, volunteers can help in setting up mechanisms to flag up harmful content that requires urgent action.
– Administrative and Research Support: Conduct preliminary assessment of data collected and basic research to determine funding opportunities and advise on how to best use the information gathered for an inclusive society.
– Social Media and Content Creation: Support HMC’s online presence by creating blog posts, graphics… based on the preliminary assessment of data collected. Any other relevant tasks aimed at promoting HMC’s mission and objectives.
