Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Volunteer Administrator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of our services and initiatives. You will be working in a fully digital environment, contributing to our mission of fostering organizational growth and empowering the next generation through technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management: Maintain and update cloud-based databases with precision and confidentiality.
Scheduling and Coordination: Organize virtual meetings, events, and appointments; effectively manage team calendars.
Document Preparation: Assist in creating, formatting, and distributing digital documents, reports, and presentations.
Digital File Organization: Manage and organize files on shared drives for efficient access and collaboration.
Communication Support: Handle professional email correspondence and virtual communication, ensuring timely responses.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new team members by providing digital resources and guidance.
Event Support: Help in planning and executing virtual events, such as webinars, online training sessions, and team-building activities.
Tech Support Coordination: Act as a liaison for resolving minor tech or software-related issues within the team.
Inventory Oversight: Track and manage subscriptions and digital tools, ensuring resources are up-to-date.
General Administrative Tasks: Provide support for day-to-day digital operations, such as organizing virtual workspaces and workflows.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
