*Attend yearly AGM, monthly Committee meetings, report on ACCAs finances & present quarterly/ yearly mgt. accounts
*Maintain an overview of ACCAs financial controls e.g. cheque signing procedures, banking of monies
*Ensure that ACCAs financial position is understood by all Committee members before budgetary decisions are made
*Ensure an annual budget is drawn up and presented to the Committee
*Work with staff to ensure budget is kept to and remain well informed regarding what is permitted to be purchased
*Ensure that budgets and expenditure for separate projects are kept to and reports sent to appropriate funders
*Work with staff and the Committee to ensure funding is applied for to further the plans of ACCA.
*Ensure the Committee are aware of funding plans and have sufficient information regarding bids made by ACCA.
*Comply with conditions for the service level agreements, funding contracts and grant aid.
*Inform the Chair of financial decisions made between meetings.
