Office admin volunteer

Duties may include all or some of the following:-

Using computer to type labels, update and maintain database; Design and print basic posters; Filing, Stamping and filling envelopes and taking to post office/box;
Answering telephones; Compiling packs for Carers and volunteers; photocopying etc.
Volunteers will also identifying articles and information for inclusion in the newsletter and assist in copy typing and planning the layout of that document.

A minimum of 6 months experience in an office environment is desirable bt not essential. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Exel, Word. Be confident with emails and the internet. Have a good telephone and face to face manner and be able to work on own initiative.
