Dronfield2gether Volunteers

We have a host of opportunities within a clerical capacity from creating & maintaining lists & spreadsheets, updating the website including charities information; coordinating emails; acting as a point of contact for service providers and health & community organisations & charities; stocking up leaflets in the sports centre; help with articles for the Dronfield Directory; arrange meetings and speakers for meetings during the year; draft agenda’s for the meetings and chair D2g meetings; organise annual Get2gether events inviting and coordinating service providers and groups; plan layout of stalls and allocate to organisations; create event materials e.g. flyers; handouts; evaluation forms, promote the events e.g. putting posters on notice boards and coverage through advertisement in Dronfield Eye; contacting and organising volunteers to help with events e.g. organising the air-fryer course; finance – including maintaining the Dronfield2gether bank account, filing statements, paying supplier invoices, bookkeeping, recording all transactions, reconciling with the bank statement; drafting and presenting a Treasurer’s report bi-monthly; fundraising; identifying, drafting and submitting: grant applications; evaluation reports to funding organisations; organising data to evaluate grant-funded activities; drafting and submitting evaluation reports to funding organisations
