About us
Luv2meetU is a friendship and relationship service for adults with learning disability and/or autism, helping people improve their overall health, wellbeing, social skills and confidence. We help our members to make new friends and develop relationships through social activities and learn life skills through workshops and the activities we put on. We run events every month such as cinema, bowling, meals out, day trips, discos and workshops. Events are run by our Community Coordinators and fully trained volunteers. Luv2meetU is run with the support of Hft and we are currently in thirteen areas across the country.
If you’ve got some experience and know what you’re doing then as well as running or helping out on events you could help new volunteers find their feet, do the training and be someone they could ask questions and to feel part of the team.
