About us

Luv2meetU is a friendship and relationship service for adults with learning disability and/or autism, helping people improve their overall health, wellbeing, social skills and confidence. We help our members to make new friends and develop relationships through social activities and learn life skills through workshops and the activities we put on. We run events every month such as cinema, bowling, meals out, day trips, discos and workshops. Events are run by our Community Coordinators and fully trained volunteers. Luv2meetU is run with the support of Hft and we are currently in thirteen areas across the country.

Join Together

We are offering an initiative designed so that you can run events with a friend or family member independently. You’ll be supported by our Community Coordinators and the Volunteer Coordinator and become part of our volunteering family!

Fancy going on activities, with expenses paid whilst enhancing the lives of the people we support? Enjoy running an event with your friend while also giving back to the community by being part of Luv2MeetU. Work with our Community Coordinators to plan your events into the monthly flyer and then away you go! Our club members will love and appreciate the extra events and getting to know you!

Luv2meetU will provide you with all the training you need and DBS checks free of charge.

There will be opportunities to help with a newsletter, fundraising and marketing. A role can be designed according to your skills and time available. You could help to make a real difference to Luv2MeetU and our club members by helping to raise funds, promoting our service or putting a newsletter together!
