Role – Receptionist
Relate provides counselling to individuals, couples, children and young people.
What are we looking for–
Indivials who can give 3-4 hours minimum per week on a regular basis and be able to be flexible in times of need to suit the service cover for holidays or sickness

Role –
You will do as the Reception support
- Enable clients to access the service and help the feel confident
- Meet and greet clients on telephone or person
- Ensure clients have completed relevant documentation and the counsellor is aware of their arrival
- If able to either open or close office ensuring lights are off and all doors within our buidling are close and locked
- Take clients details, record and respond to questions
- Access and use our client management systems
- Support training activities take booking and queries , set up training rooms, process forms
- Support marketing and fundraising
If you prefer not to use the client management systems we can accomdate that.
Skill and compentence–
- Pleasing telephone manners
- Good time keeping and arrive at an allocated time
- Ideally you should be able to use Microsoft Office
- Preferably be willing to learn IT system
- Preferably have experience of working in busy offices
- Preferably experience of providing customer services
