The role is to help Mind Derbyshir provide relaxing and friendly walk in Derby, particulary for any adults experiencing low mental health

What will you do-

Leading a warm friendly and non judgemental group
Initiating a relaxing walk around the local park alongside another fellow MindSpace Vol
Supporting a group attendees by being a good listener and a friendly person to chat with

The Group is on Thursday Mornings at 10:30am, Fortnightly at Queens Park in Chesterfield
