About the role-
- You will be responsible for providing information to visitors.
- You may talk to our visitors, listening to their needs and answering questions.
- Opening the till and electronic track and trace system.
- You will engage and be award of their needs and what we have to offer all visitors.
- You are important in making sure things run smoothly.
- Being proactive in keeping up to date with offers.
- There might occasionally be some other activities that interest you.
- Adopting a flexible attitude to your volunteering.
- Completion of mandatory training.
- Giving any other assistance.

Information-
- Provided with access to V Learning where you can complete Reopening Safely online e-learning or we can provide an alternative format.
- We provide equipment to keep you safe.
- We will cover the cost of travel from Home to Volunteering place.
