Role Description
This is a volunteer role as a Youth Coordinator at The Rother Active Youth Club (TUPTON). As a Youth Coordinator, your day-to-day tasks will involve engaging with youth, planning and organizing youth programs, and facilitating their development. This is an on-site role located in Tupton at Tupton Community Hub, Thursday 1630 – 1830 hrs.
Qualifications
- Youth Engagement, Youth Programs, and Youth Development skills
- Excellent communication skills to interact with youth and volunteers
- Experience in education or working with children/young people
- Passion for community development and helping youth
- Strong organizational skills for planning and coordinating programs
- Leadership skills to guide and mentor youth
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals
- SEN Support experience
